These weekly Yoga classes are co-ed and will feature useful techniques sure to enhance your day and even your golf game!
Instructor Stephanie Wright earned her 200 hour certification from Yoga Fit and trained with B.K. SIyengar and Shiva Rea in Venice ,CA.
Participants are encouraged to bring their own mats. Please contact us if you do not have one, and we will accommodate.
