Dear Spring Creek Ranch members,
For Valentine's Day, we will be offering a 5-course meal paired with various sparkling wines & champagne!
This is a fun take on the traditional wine dinner, including explanations of each wine, food & the pairing process. Check out what I have planned so far:
Course #1 - Warm Shrimp with jalapeño, horseradish & chive
Course #2 - Lobster Bisque with brie cheese & thyme
Course #3 - Roasted Grouper with leeks, purple potato & black truffle
Course #4 - Prime Beef Tenderloin with smoked bacon & onion jam, spinach & gruyere
Course #5 - Dark Chocolate Strawberry & Grand Marnier
The sparkling wines & champagnes are currently being finalized and will be shared by the end of next week. The price per head will be $120.
This special event will not be communal seating. We request everyone arrive by 6:30 pm; dinner will be served at 7:00 pm.
The SCR Cancellation Policy is in effect.
