Whiskey Dinner: Reservations Only

Make your reservation for Saturday’s Whiskey Dinner here! Arrive by 6:30pm to begin the night with cocktails before dinner is served at 7:00pm. Each reservation is $125 for the night’s enjoyment.

  • First Course: DUCK CONFIT, truffle-aged sharp cheddar, whiskey-caramelized shallot, blackberry jam — paired with BASTILLE 1789 FRENCH SINGLE MALT WHISKEY

  • Second Course: POTATO & BACON SOUP, fried oyster — paired with REDBREAST 15 IRISH WHISKEY

  • Third Course: HAWAIIAN SEA BASS, pistachio, sweet pea, crispy pork skin — paired with DRY FLY WASHINGTON WHISKEY

  • Fourth Course: WAYGU HANGER STEAK, porcini mushroom, black garlic, thyme — paired with NIKKA COFFEY GRAIN JAPANESE WHISKEY

  • Fifth Course: MANGO, almond, vanilla — paired with PAUL JOHN SELECT CASK INDIAN SINGLE MALT WHISKEY
