Exciting Additions to F&B

In 2016, our Food & Beverage department revolutionized ways to better serve members and guests. With the development of live action stations and Grab-n-Go, we are excited to announce more advancements for the 2017 season.

Live action stations have increased from a panini station to include a live grill, a slider bar, or stations with themed-favorites like tacos, pasta, BBQ and more. The live grill will become a bigger staple on Tuesdays and Wednesdays in the future with signature burgers, hot dogs and more.

Our expanded Grab-n-Go selections have been met with a lot of positivity and excitement after the additions of items such as a sausage & cheese tray, peanut butter & jelly sandwich, chicken tenders and more. We look forward to continuously growing these options throughout 2017.

The popularity and growth of Grab-n-Go and live action stations have led to a transition in hours of operation. Beginning May 2nd, Tuesdays and Wednesdays will feature the live grill station (menu above) along with all Grab-n-Go selections. The all-day menu will not be available on these days, but the unveiling of a breakfast Grab-n-Go on Tuesdays will satisfy your early morning cravings.

Thursdays through Sundays will feature the all-day menu, as well as weekend lunch specials that include a live action station and the Meat + Three option.

Saturday Update (April 29th)

After a great first event at the Retreat, we are happy to host another wedding in the new structure near Hole No. 16 this weekend. Saturday's dinner in the Great Room will include a taste of the bride's dinner as we provide the fun, new Wedding Crashers menu. We encourage you to join us for tasty food and drink specials on Saturday evening.

The full breakfast menu will be available.

Stop by the Grill on the Patio to enjoy a fresh burgers, chicken and hot dogs along with favorite side items like fresh chips and cold salad options!

5:00 PM - 8:00 PM in the Great Room

The Wedding Crashers buffet features an unbelievable smorgasbord of options:

  • Chicken & Waffles
  • Sausage & Cheese Skewers
  • Dip Station featuring Crawfish Dip, Spinach Artichoke Dip, Crostini & Tortilla Chips
  • Slider Station with Grilled Chicken, BBQ Pork & Crinkle-Cut Fries

The Spaulding menu is designed to quickly provide a delicious meal and includes favorites like the Ranch Burger and a wide variety of sandwiches.

Sunday Update (April 23rd)

Sunday marks a special day at the Ranch as we host our first event in the Retreat, our new structure near Hole No. 16.

The vision for the Retreat has always been to create a venue that continued to supply growing revenues for golf course projects and funding without impacting your golf house experience.

While we are confident in providing an experience that does not impact the member experience in the coming weeks, Sunday's member dining menu will be altered slightly to allow our F&B team to manage both operations simultaneously.

Beginning at 5:00 PM, we will introduce a fun, new Wedding Crashers menu in the Great Room that provides a taste of the bride's dinner in the Retreat.

The popular new addition to our Sunday lunch is the Meat + Three. Choose between a selection of meats and veggies for a great Southern-style meal.

This Sunday, the selection of meats include brisket, pulled pork & fried cod. The vegetables options include collard greens, garlic green beans, mashed potatoes, creamed corn & cheddar biscuits.

5:00 PM - 8:00 PM in the Great Room

The Wedding Crashers station will consist of three different meal options that are sure to satisfy your cravings.

  • Chicken Marsala served over Angel Hair Pasta
  • Eggs Rolls & Vegetable Fried Rice
  • Skirt Steak, Mashed Potatoes, Mixed Vegetables & Parker House Rolls

Chef Anthony has also organized a great dinner special: Prime Rib accompanied with your choice of a Caesar or mixed green salad, mashed potatoes & mixed vegetables.

Masters Week Dining Activities

Celebrate the Masters as we bring Augusta and "a tradition unlike any other" to Spring Creek Ranch next week.

Begin by competing in Wednesday's Par 3 Contest as the practice facility is transformed into a competitive short game course. Then during the Masters Tournament, follow up your round at SCR with Masters-themed dining selections while watching the world's top players navigate Augusta National.

Make a Reservation to Celebrate with Your Valentine

Join us for one of our two special dinners to celebrate Valentine's Day! Our amazing team at Food & Beverage has perfectly paired each course with individual champagnes to enhance your dining experience.

Saturday's dinner is a special five-course Champagne Dinner with champagnes from Italy, Spain, France, California and Australia. Cocktails will begin being served at 6:30 PM. Dinner will follow at 7:00 PM.

Tuesday's dinner is a unique three-course dinner with optional champagne-pairing accompanying each course. Reservations can be made from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM for this dinner.
