Sunday Update (April 23rd)

Sunday marks a special day at the Ranch as we host our first event in the Retreat, our new structure near Hole No. 16.

The vision for the Retreat has always been to create a venue that continued to supply growing revenues for golf course projects and funding without impacting your golf house experience.

While we are confident in providing an experience that does not impact the member experience in the coming weeks, Sunday's member dining menu will be altered slightly to allow our F&B team to manage both operations simultaneously.

Beginning at 5:00 PM, we will introduce a fun, new Wedding Crashers menu in the Great Room that provides a taste of the bride's dinner in the Retreat.

7:00 AM - 11:00 AM

The full breakfast menu will be available.

11:00 AM - 3:00 PM

The popular new addition to our Sunday lunch is the Meat + Three. Choose between a selection of meats and veggies for a great Southern-style meal.

This Sunday, the selection of meats include brisket, pulled pork & fried cod. The vegetables options include collard greens, garlic green beans, mashed potatoes, creamed corn & cheddar biscuits.

5:00 PM - 8:00 PM in the Great Room

The Wedding Crashers station will consist of three different meal options that are sure to satisfy your cravings.

  • Chicken Marsala served over Angel Hair Pasta
  • Eggs Rolls & Vegetable Fried Rice
  • Skirt Steak, Mashed Potatoes, Mixed Vegetables & Parker House Rolls

The Spaulding menu is designed to quickly provide a delicious meal and includes favorites like the Ranch Burger and a wide variety of sandwiches.

Chef Anthony has also organized a great dinner special: Prime Rib accompanied with your choice of a Caesar or mixed green salad, mashed potatoes & mixed vegetables.
