I want to thank you for your continued support and feedback of our specialty ingredients weekends. This weekend, we will be offering Jumbo Tiger Prawns and Wet-Aged Prime Beef Tenderloins.
I fell in love with Jumbo Tiger Prawns during my time in Bali, and we are happy to offer them this weekend. These prawns average over two ounces per piece after peeling!
After the reception during our first offering of Wet-Aged Prime Beef Tenderloins, we have brought in more for this weekend. These have aged a minimum of 21 days to allow the steaks to be at their very best!
The culinary team and I are proud to offer these items as it is really a team effort.
We embrace these specialty ingredients weekends, and I have full confidence in their ability to serve you this weekend as I will be away from the Ranch after my wife and I welcomed a beautiful baby boy this week!
