Dear Spring Creek Ranch members,
I want to thank you for your continued support and feedback of our specialty ingredients weekends. This Friday and Saturday only, we will be hosting Steakhouse Weekend!
We will be offering 100% Black Angus Beef - both Chef's Choice and Prime-Grade cuts of New York Strips and Beef Tenderloins. These will be served with traditional and non-traditional sides à la carte, as well as Steakhouse appetizers like Classic French Onion Soup, the Wedge Salad and Crab Cakes.
This weekend's featured seafood will be the Giant Norwegian Cod. This fish is in peak season right now and has the fattiness and succulent, flaky flesh that makes Cod so unique.
We are also have a limited supply of Maine Lobster Tails this weekend that will sell quickly, so please reserve yours now.
Again, these offers will be featured Friday and Saturday ONLY! Sunday is one of our featured Santa Brunches at the Retreat, which are reservation-only events. The F&B operation will be limited to Grab-n-Go and bar services only before closing at 5:00 pm.
The culinary team and I are proud to offer these items as it is really a team effort. We encourage reservations to be made quickly as supplies are limited.
