Weekend Specials: Black Grouper & Dry-Aged Ribeyes

This weekend, we invite you to the Ranch to enjoy two delicious ingredients. We highly encourage reservations to be made quickly as we have a limited supply!

Here are the special ingredients I have brought to the kitchen:

Black Grouper: 

A delicious fish served with corn Yukon Gold & andouille hash and roasted garlic & thyme beurre blanc.

45-Day Prime Dry-Aged Bone-In Ribeye:

Dry-aging is the ultimate way of offering beef at its very best flavor and tenderness. Choose between a 12-oz or a 16-oz cut served with twice baked potato and asparagus.
