How do I get gate access?

We provide members with two options to automatically enter the gates. 

1. Gate Card- During your first visit, we will provide you with a gate card. You may purchase additional cards at the member services desk for $10. Cards should be applied to a clean vehicle window as follows:

2. We also have gate clickers available for $40 each that allow you to hit a button and enter through the gates. If you would like to order one, please contact Rita Shell at (901) 853-5660 or via email at ritas@springcreekranch.org. 

As always, feel free to use the call box at the front gate and one of our team members will let you in.

How does the Billing Process Work?

Our billing system processes invoices on the 1st of every month. We then deliver these to your email inbox on the 1st, 2nd or 3rd. Your invoice will include your dues for that month, as well as your charges from the prior month. 

To pay, simply visit the billing link on your app or at https://community.springcreekranch.org/. We do have automatic billing available free of charge via bank draft. To sign up for this service, please contact Nick Wollwert at (901) 853-5648 or via email at nickw@springcreekranch.org with your bank account and routing number. You may also use your credit card for automatic billing, though there is an additional 3% charge. 

 

Access Your Account Online

There are two ways to access your online account: Web Browser & SCR App

To view in a web browser:

  1. Visit https://community.springcreekranch.org/ 
  2. In the navigation to the left, click billing. (If viewing in mobile, navigation will be the three lines located above the leaf logo
  3. If it is your first time logging in, Click on the Log in link. Once logged in, the system will remember your login for future visits.
